FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of sea transportation of heavy outsised cargo. Marine cargo vessel has two rigidly connected bodies, cable weight-lifting equipment, ballast system and pneumatic fenders arranged on vessel bodies. Vessel bodies are arranged in the form of pontoons, which are tightly separated by strong partitions into compartments and connected to each other with the help of support platform. Platform is installed on at least four cylindrical supports arranged on pontoons. Supports are arranged in the form of system of telescopic cylinders, which are connected by pipelines with discharge hydraulic system installed in vessel. Supports are arranged with the possibility of both simultaneous displacement of all telescopic cylinders and their displacement relative to each other. Ballast system comprises tight compartments of vessel body pontoons equipped with sea inlets. Vessel is equipped with propelling-steering complex, power plant, is equipped with sensor of object position relative to soil, clinometre, trim metre, tracking system and control station arranged on support platform.
EFFECT: increased safety and reliability of process of lifting and loading of sunk outsised vessel, and also provides for cargo detachment from soil that sucked it down.
