At the same time the specified longitudinal ledge and the groove of the specified boards are arranged in the form of a semicircle, the specified curvilinear surface of the specified fixators is arranged in the form of a surface that follows surfaces of a foot, journal, hard of the track rail and area of transition of track rail foot surface to surface of track rail journal, accordingly. At the same time in the area of transition of the track rail journal surface to the surface of the track rail head there is a groove arranged along the whole length of the bar.
