FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail transport and can be used in construction, reconstruction and operation of tram tracks, on railways and in subway. Tram track structure with a stop platform comprises a pit with width of 6.0–8.5 m, height of 0.6–0.7 m, layer of construction sand with a thickness of at least 0.15 m, laid on the bottom of the pit, on top of which a crushed stone ballast layer with thickness of 0.18 m is laid, on which prestressed reinforced concrete sleepers are laid, connected to rails by elastic fasteners. Reinforced concrete sleepers are made in the form of longitudinal reinforced concrete bar of variable cross-section containing at least 12 reinforcing steel cold-deformed wires arranged in four vertical rows. Near-rail retainers are installed in the rail groove and are made in the form of a rubber bar. Sleeper, inter-track, side and track gaskets are installed on sleepers. Reinforced concrete slabs with thickness of 0.17 ± 0.1 m. In the area of tramway adjoining to the stopping platform, an insulating rail profile is installed, on the sides of which the upper coating of asphalt concrete and crushed stone with height of 0.08 m and more is laid. The upper coating of asphalt concrete is made of two layers, the lower one is laid on a layer of crushed stone and is made of coarse-grained asphalt concrete, a layer of crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete with height of 0.05 m is laid on top of it.
EFFECT: invention improves damping properties of track, reduces noise and vibration loads, increases track reliability as a whole.
