FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail transport and can be used in the construction, reconstruction and operation of tram tracks located at the same level with the roadway, and for tracks in subway. Structure of the single-track section of the tram track with a plate comprises a pit with width of 3 m, height of 0.65 m, a layer of construction sand with a thickness of at least 0.1 m, laid on the bottom of the pit, on top of which there is a crushed stone ballast layer with thickness of 0.15 m, on which pre-stressed reinforced concrete sleepers are laid, which are connected to rails by elastic fasteners. Reinforced concrete sleepers are made in the form of longitudinal reinforced concrete bar of variable cross-section containing at least 12 reinforcing steel cold-deformed wires arranged in four vertical rows. Near-rail retainers are installed in the rail groove and are made in the form of a rubber bar. Sleepers are fitted on the sleepers, and reinforced concrete slabs with thickness of 0.17 m or more are placed between the rails.
EFFECT: invention improves damping properties of the track, reduces noise and vibration loads and, as a result, increases reliability of the track as a whole.
