FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, cardiology. Registration of the volume compression oscillogram in a range to 240 Hz and its subsequent analysis is carried out. The curve of fluctuations of pressure in a cuff is registered. Average values of the received oscillation are defined. Average value of an oscillation is transformed to a straight line; oscillation minima and maximums are symmetrised from it. The geometrical figure is framed, an extreme left point of crossing of the received lines is diastolic pressure (DAP) in the main artery, an extreme right point - systolic arterial pressure (SAP), the maximum amplitude of oscillation corresponds to average arterial pressure (AvAP). On presence on the constructed oscillographic curve of a plateau - a long monotonous site of the oscillogram at continuation of a compression by a cuff, presence of an organic lesion of an investigated site of an artery is determined. Samples with crossclamping of an investigated site of an artery and sublingual Nitroglycerinum reception are taken. Absence of a gain of the area limited to the constructed oscillometric curve after assays is considered as a sign of presence of endothelial dysfunction. Hemodynamic parametres are calculated on the received value of the SAP, DAP and AvAP.

EFFECT: method dilates possibilities of diagnostics of cardiovascular system, simplifying it.
