SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology. Tendon of semitendinous or delicate muscle is exposed from place of attachment on tibia. Tendon is cut off proximally from muscle belly. After that transplant from allogenic tendon of gastrocnemius muscle is formed. Ends of allotendon are sewn by blanket suture and folded in half. Allotransplant is isolated from foreign tissues, fixing folded in half autotendon of semitendinous or delicate muscle to formed allotransplant. Bone canals are formed in tibia and femoral bones. Tendon transplant is passed with its tightening through bone canals under control of arthroscopic equipment. Transplant end is fixed to femoral bone with screw.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of operation time, increase of transplant strength, possibility of early beginning of rehabilitation, reduction of trauma.
