FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary medicine and can be applied to surgical treatment of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament rupture for dogs. Remnants of the ruptured anterior cruciate ligament are removed. Channels are formed in the tibia and femur. An autotransplant is created. Threads are sewn at the autotransplant ends. Supervised by videoarthroscopy equipment, the autotranspant is guided through the channels by passing the thread ends into the channels. The autotransplant is fixed by cannulated screws to the femur and tibia. The autotransplant is made of from the superficial digital flexor tendon, by cutting it in the place of attachment to the heel bone and at the transition to the myogaster, the myogaster is sutured to the gastrocnemius muscle.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the invasiveness, to consider account the anatomical features of the locomotor system structure.
