FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in preparing a tendon autograft for plasty of the anterior cruciate ligament. Cavity of knee joint is sanitated. Tendon and fine muscle tendon is isolated by access along the postero-medial surface in the popliteal region. After the injured anterior cruciate ligament is removed, points of its fixation to the femoral and tibia are marked from the joint cavity. Arthroscopically determining required length and thickness of autograft formed of two tendons: thickness of autograft is determined by length of distance between medial and lateral intercondyloid tubercles of intercondyloid elevation of tibia, length is determined by measuring through a through tibial canal in a distance between points of native attachment of the anterior cruciate ligament. To this value one adds length of drilled bone channels from these points, diameter of which is 0.5 mm less than thickness of autograft. After determining the length and thickness of the autograft, the tendons of the semitendinous and fine muscles are simultaneously sampled keeping the common tendon pedicle. Uniform tendon is formed from the divorced common tendon pedicle on a repartition table, folding in several bundles in accordance with previously determined individual length and thickness of the autograft.
EFFECT: method enables to achieve an anatomical recovery of an anterior cruciate ligament and a function of the knee joint and reduces cases of autograft damage by more accurate determination of length and thickness of the autograft, as well as by using two tendons connected by common tendon pedicle, which enables to form a graft from a single tendon.
