FIELD: forensic medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing tendon of semitendinal or tender muscle, suturing distal tendon part with medial patellar ligament portion, splitting lateral patellar ligament portion. Then, vertical canal is formed in medial patellar ligament portion and the tendon is introduced into it and brought out into 0.5 cm long incision in patellar base region. Then, it is subcutaneously brought to adductor tubercle of medial femoral condyle, fixed with screw in congruent position of patellofemoral articulation under arthroscopic control.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment.
