FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nanocomposite materials and more specifically to production of bactericidal composite materials, and can be used in the national economy and medicine. The nanocomposite polymer material based on inorganic layered clay, modified with additives in form of (co)polymers of guanidine and a quaternary ammonium salt, containing groups capable of radical polymerisation, and additionally contain synthetic gutta-percha with a defined ratio of components (wt %). The method of producing the nanocomposite polymer material involves modification of inorganic clay via a cation-exchange reaction in which modification of clay takes place in two steps: one modifier is added at the first step and at the second step and another modifier is added at the second step, wherein a combination of two modifiers is used such that, one of them is guanidine methacrylate. The disinfectant contains clay which is modified with additives with a defined ratio of components (wt %).

EFFECT: invention enables production of transparent medical articles (eg splints used in case of fractures), which enable to take X-ray pictures without removing the articles.
