SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, namely, to passenger protection means. Proposed device smoothly controls seat and safety belt. In case collision is forecast and time before collision approximates to preset time t1, seat electronic control unit triggers off seat drive. In case time before collision approximates to presser time t2 (t1>t2), seat electronic control unit triggers off safety belt drive. Besides, when time t2 to collision is reached, or time t3 (t1>t2>t3) whereat safety belt drive is activated, to start applying preset safety belt tensioning force, said electronic unit stops safety belt drive. Seat and safety belt tension may be set so that both adjustments are not made simultaneously, or, alternatively, are performed simultaneously during period wherein preset tensioning force application to safety belt is being initiated.
