SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control device for vehicle seat. Control device for vehicle seat includes actuator and control unit. Actuator is configured to adjust at least one of inclination angle or position of vehicle seat in seat lengthwise direction. Control unit is configured to determine whether a road separator is provided on the road on which the vehicle is moving, and perform (when it is determined that the road separator is not provided) one of the actuator control options, specifically so as not to tilt the back of seat backward by an angle of more than a predetermined angle, so as not to position the vehicle seat in the position further backward compared to the predetermined position, to output warning signal, when seat back is inclined backwards by angle of more specified angle, and output warning signal, when vehicle seat is positioned in position further back in comparison with preset position.
EFFECT: increased safety during operation.
