SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a passenger side rear passenger lockout system, in particular for a vehicle seat with a memory. The vehicle comprises a front seat with an actuator configured to automatically move the front seat between the driving position and the landing/exit position and the rear seat fixedly positioned behind the front seat. The rear seat has a seat belt, which is locked in the lock with the possibility of separation. The system includes a memory module that prevents the front seat from automatically moving back to the landing/exit position when the rear seat belt is fastened.
EFFECT: to prevent the front passenger from locking the passenger in the rear seat.
