FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for pyrolysis of granular materials has a loading chute 1, an outlet chute for pyrolysis gases 10, two pyrolysis chambers 2, air-ducts 7 and a coke cooler 5. Lateral walls of the pyrolysis chambers 2 meet at the top into a semicircle, creating in between space for a combustion chamber 3 in form of a horizontal semicylinder. Each pyrolysis chamber 2 is fitted with auger conveyors 4 lying on both perforated walls which separate the combustion chamber 3 from the pyrolysis chambers 2. The conveyors 4 are placed on top of each other with distance between axes not greater than 1.2 times the spooling diameter and are open at the top, wherein the top conveyor has opposite spooling at the centre and on both ends, and the lower conveyor has opposite spooling at the centre.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability, efficiency and output of pyrolysis of fine organic wastes, and enables to obtain quality composition of pyrolysis gases and semi-coke.
