FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rolling element consists of rolling body (1) with working surface of rolling contacting bearing surfaces of raceways, and of at least one gear (7) installed coaxially with body (1) and engaging teeth arranged equidistantly to raceways. Also, gear (7) is fixed from rotation relative to the rolling body around their common rotation axis. At least on one end side of gear (7) there is made a blind hole in form of circumference coaxial to dividing circumference of gear (7). Rolling body (1) is inserted in the blind hole. It is centred for its coaxial installation with gear (7) which is fixed against disconnection with rolling body (1) in the direction of axis of mutual rotation of gear (7) and rolling body (1). Here is also disclosed procedure for fabrication of the above described rolling body. The procedure consists in fabrication of gear (7) as a separate element with a blind central recess made at least on its one end side and forming centring surface of diameter less, than diameter of teeth top and bigger, than diameter of teeth gash. Also, gear (7) is set on the end of rolling body (1) conjugating centring surface of gear (7) with surface of rolling body (1), where upon gear (7) is coupled with rolling body (1) thus preventing at least gear (7) slipping relative to rolling body (1) around their common rotation axis.
EFFECT: raised reliability of operation and resource of bearing under maximal possible speed and load modes.
