FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to methods of assembling crank mechanisms with rolling elements. Rollers with synchronising gears engaged with tooth racks of contact surfaces of the cranks and a slide are installed between the contact surfaces of the crank and the slide for assembly of crank mechanism; according to the invention at least one tooth rack and its contact surface are arranged on a separate support element installed on bearing surface of either a crank, or a slide. During assembly of mechanism the support element is introduced into a gap between bearing surface and rollers; further at fixed position of the slide relative to the crank tooth racks of the support element are engaged with synchronising gears of rollers by pressing contact surface of the installed support element to rollers. Upon this a padding closing the gap is introduced into the gap between the said support element and bearing surface.
EFFECT: simplification of design of crank mechanism, its increased reliability and resource.
