FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to methods of assembling crank mechanisms with rolling elements. Rollers with synchronising gears are installed between contact surfaces of a crank and a slider at assembly of the crank mechanism. The said gears engage tooth racks of contact surfaces of the crank and the slider. According to the invention tooth racks of at least two contact surfaces interacting by means of rollers are made on separate bearing components. One bearing component is installed on bearing surface of the crank, while another is installed on bearing surface of the slider. First, outside the mechanism there is assembled the unit out of bearing components with corresponding racks, contact surfaces and rollers installed between them at specified position; further unit assembled out of bearing components is introduced into a gap between the bearing surfaces of the crank and the slider.
EFFECT: simplification of design of crank mechanism, its increased reliability and resource.
