FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: composite crankshaft comprises at least two coaxially arranged radical necks (1 and 2) and crank-type neck (3) located between the eccentrically relative to the axis (4) of rotation of the shaft. Neck (3) is connected at least to one of the necks (1 or 2) and is fixed against rotation with respect to them. A fixing rod is made in the form of at least one protrusion (5), located on end surface (6) of neck (3), and having a flat (9) or cylindrical (10) fixing surface. Protrusion (5) contacts with its locking surface (10) with support surface (12) of adjacent neck (1) and prevents the turning of neck (3) with respect to neck (1). Surface (6) of neck (3) directly contacts with end surface (8) of neck (1) connected to it, and neck (1) is drawn with its their surface (8) to surface (6) of neck (3) connected to it by means of threaded connection (13), whose axis lies along axis (4). According to the second version neck (3) is additionally drawn to the shaft in a radial direction with creation of a radial interference fit in the assembled shaft between contacting surfaces (10) and (12) with the axial parts of the buckle of the shaft.
EFFECT: reduced size of the shaft while maintaining its high stiffness and strength due to the maximum possible convergence of its trunk support and a relatively large contact surface of contracted necks, simplified design and improved reliability due to the direct connection of simply manufactured parts.
