SUBSTANCE: biological material is double processed by the mixed solvents of ethanol 1 n. hydrochloric acid solution (8:2 volume) in a heating to boiling environment, boiled for 10-15 minutes and kept for 35 minutes without heating; the produced extracts are separated from a solid residue, merged, filtered through a paper filter; the filtrate is steamed at 85-95°C to a solid residue; the residue is dissolved in the mixed solvents of acetonitrile 1 n. sulphuric acid solution 2:8 volume, chromatographed in a column filled with Silasorb S-18 sorbent with using a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 1 n. sulphuric acid solution 2:8 volume, eluate fractions containing an analysed substance, merged, steamed at 200°C in an air flow to produce the solid residue; the residue is water-dissolved, processed at first with the mixed solutions of sodium hydrocarbonate and glucose in a heating environment at 100°C, then with dimethylformamide in a heating environment at 100°C for 5 minutes to cool the prepared stained solution and to measure its optical density at 440 nm.

EFFECT: higher analysis accuracy.
