FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. In course of operation wedge-shaped autotransplant is introduced with wedge apex into prepared hole onto bottom of acetabulum in projection of ischial bone, leaving 4-5 mm of transplant above the surface of acetabulum. Acetabular component of endoprosthesis is implanted.
EFFECT: method ensures achievement of strong fixation of acetabular component, reduction of operation trauma.
