FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves heat treatment - fast firing of drilling mud. According to the invention the drilling mud formed as a result of drilling works, waste process solution and waste drilling waters are mixed with mineral additives - clay loam and/or sand or sandy-clay fraction till homogeneous mass is obtained, which is applied to inner surface of pit of gas flame plant (GFP). Further, waste gas technologically provided with gas-hydrodynamic investigations is fired in GFP pit. Thermal baking and sintering of the above homogeneous mass applied to inner surface of GFP pit is performed in GFP flame till finished inert and strong construction material is obtained in the form of ceramics, which is balanced as to composition of wastes polluting the environment. After that, the obtained construction material with the specified structure - baked and sintered homogeneous mass in the form of ceramics is broken off inner surface of GFP pit and evacuated for being used during arrangement of multiple well platforms and construction of intrafield roads. At that, production cycle of construction material is repeated.
EFFECT: lower prime cost for obtaining the construction material and for utilisation of well drilling wastes.
