FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: grinding method of solid components for obtaining composite solid propellant involves simultaneous grinding of oxidiser and burning modifier at ratio of 100:(1…10) parts by weight; at that, grinding is performed by means of ultrasonic energy in non-organic environment at temperature of (20±5)°C, and ratio of solid phase to non-organic environment is 100:(5…3). Grinding process duration is determined as per the specified particle-size distribution which is calculated as per value of grinding index (GI) by the following formula: where Pn - weight fraction of particles of initial mixture of powders which passed through a certain gauge, mcm; Pk - weight fraction of particles of ground mixture of powders which passed through the same gauge, mcm. Grinding degree is controlled as per the change of average size of particles and the process time.
EFFECT: method is safe in relation to an explosive.
