SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the charge of the rocket engine out of the blenderized rocket solid propellant (BRSP) by the method of the pressure die casting in the continuous mixers, composition of which contains the powdery oxidizing agent and the technological additives regulating the BRSP burning speed. The offered method of production of the BRSP charge includes: preparation of the powdery oxidizing agent, selection of the first batch of the powdery oxidizing agent, determination of its granulometric composition, selection of the second batch of the powdery oxidizing agent after preliminary action on the powdery oxidizing agent by the loads identical to the real conditions of manufacture of the charge, determination of its granulometric composition. In compliance with the obtained difference of the shares of the particles with sizes of 1.1 - 160 microns in these batches of a powdery oxidizing agent exercise determination of the value of the correction factor of the speed of burning, calculate the amount of the technological additives regulating the speed of the BRSP burning and produce the charge of the BRSP with the calculated amount of the technological additives. The invention ensures reduction of the technological cycle and costs of the BRSP charge manufacture due to the determination of the amount of the technological additives regulating the speed of the BRSP burning without manufacture and incineration of the BRSP samples.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the technological cycle and the costs of the BRSP charge production due to elimination of the process of the BRSP samples manufacture and incineration.
