FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: system of car parking and storage comprises parking compartments, located on building floors, a lifting-transporting device arranged with the possibility of vertical and horizontal displacement of cars installed, for instance, on individual movable platforms. The lifting-transporting device comprises at least one vertical-movable section installed in a shaft, made of compartments arranged one on another, every of which is able to hold at least one car, at the same time number of section compartment along the vertical line makes at least one less than the number of building floors, and the distance between loading platforms of adjacent compartments are equal to the height of a building floor.

EFFECT: increased capacity, efficiency and throughput of a car parking lot, reduction of power inputs, increased safety of cars movement.
