SUBSTANCE: heater includes the following: electric power supply section (1) supplying the pre-set electric power; heating section (4) which is provided with electric power from electric power supply section (1) for heating; the first electric power line for supply of electric power from electric power supply section (1) to heating section (4); electric power supply control switch section (6) which is installed in the first electric power supply line and selectively supplies electric power to heating section (4); controller (3) which is fed with electric power from electric power supply section (1) and controls selective supply of electric power by means of electric power supply control switch section (6); the second electric power supply line for supply of electric power from electric power supply section (1) to controller (3); and switch section (2) on housing, which is installed in the second electric power supply line and selectively supplies electric power to controller (3).
EFFECT: lower operating cost of the device.
