SUBSTANCE: method is based on forming a sequence of blocks (B) from information, control and service code groups (CG), breaking the sequence B into a subsequence of blocks (SSB) and complementing each SSB with service CG and one or more defect-protected blocks of control CG, generating SSB recording signals in form of a sequence of sections of a sinusoidal signal with amplitude extremum values which correspond to their given maximum and minimum values and values of corresponding CG SSB.
EFFECT: high reliability of recording information and longer periods for storing recorded information without loss of quality and accuracy of playing back said information, longer service life of recording media.
