FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed photo receive comprises matrix of photo sensitive elements with short-wave working photo sensitive layer 3 and long-wave working photo sensitive layer 4. Said matrix consists of three different-height regions, that is, central and two peripheral. Note here that central region height is subject to that of short-wave working photo sensitive layer while that of peripheral regions is defined by summed height of short-wave working photo sensitive layer and long-wave working photo sensitive layer. Design of said matrix ensures its inherent symmetry. This provides for uniform load distribution on contacts (indium bumps) in jointing matrix to readout integral circuit.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
