SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photosensitive instruments designed to detect and register IR radiation in several spectral subbands of the spectrum IR region of 3.5-12.7 mcm. Claimed PR includes matrix chips of photosensitive elements (MPSE) detecting the radiation in various spectral bands of the spectrum IR region. Said MPSEs are hybridized with signal readout LSIs of. To expand spectral response of quantum efficiency, make a compact design and up versatility of applications, this devise comprises at least four MPSE chips hybridized by indium micro contacts with one or four signal readout LSIs. Every PR composed of MPSE chip and readout LSI of its part is tuned to preset separate spectrum IR band. PR modules are arranged in bocks with minimum clearance between chips (10-20 mcm).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection and registration of IR radiation.
