METHOD TO MAKE ONE-PIECE MOULDED ITEMS FROM COLLAGEN-CONTAINING MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A42C1/00 

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sewing industry and relates to the method of making one-piece moulded items. The method to make one-piece moulded items by means of application of collagen-containing mixture onto shaping surface, additional moulding and drying consists in using a meshy matrix as a shaping surface, and additional moulding is carried out with the help of a meshy puncheon, at the same meshy surfaces of the matrix and the puncheon carry relief-graphical information. After application of collagen-containing mixture, the matrix and the puncheon are fixed, and additionally the process of the stock surface pattern fixation is carried out by means of submersion into a setting bath, after drying the semi-finished product is subjected to finishing operations.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to make a one-piece moulded item, providing for specified shapes of its outer and inner surfaces and geometric parameters, to preserve relief-graphical pattern on outer and inner surfaces of the item, to automate process of making a one-piece moulded item due to application of meshy shapes, which make it possible to do moulding, impression, fixation and drying of the item without withdrawal of the semi-finished product from a mould, to vary legibility of the pattern by control of process parameters: increased depth of impression and increased concentration of a precipitating agent in a setting bath.
