FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to heat engineering and can be used in chemical, metallurgical, power and food industries to heat scale forming solutions. Heating method of scale forming solutions involves forced circulation of heated solution. Flow rate of circulating solution exceeds the flow rate of initial one by 3-20 times. Heated solution is exposed in heater during 1.5-15 minutes. Solution in heat exchange tubes is heated by 1-3.5°C. Solution velocity in them is maintained at the interval of 1.5-2.5 m/s. Heating device of scale forming solutions includes upper and lower solution chambers. They are connected by means of circulation tube. Circulation pump is built into tube. Inlet connection pipes of initial solution and outlet connection pipes of heated solution are arranged on circulation tube. Inlet connection pipe is located at the distance of 5-15 diameters of circulation tube below outlet connection pipe located on the level of upper elevation of device.
EFFECT: reducing scale formation on heat exchanger tubes and oversaturation of solution.
