FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in chemical, metallurgical, energy and alimentary industries for heating of scale-forming solutions at its evaporation. According to method scale-forming solution is evaporated at several stages in evaporating apparatus of evaporator system, for what it is successively passed vapor and solution by apparatus of system. Additionally, evaporated solution is heated by warming and secondary vapor in heat exchanger with vertical pipelines. Peculiarity of method is that each heat exchanger is heated simultaneously by warming and secondary vapor of evaporating apparatus, operating at different stages of evaporation, and solution into pipes of each heat exchanger is fed bottom-up. Heat exchanger contains vertical sections in the form of shell-and-tube elements. Each element contains heat-exchange pipes, casing, top and bottom tube plates, connecting pipes for supply of heat carrier and condensation drainage. Heat exchanger allows inlet and outlet solution chambers, and also intermediate solution chambers, connected to each element and to each other by pipelines. The new in system is that inlet solution chamber is connected to bottom tube plate of the first by the direction of element solution, and outlet solution chamber - to top tube plate of the last by direction of element solution. Additionally intermediate solution chambers are implemented in the form of hollow bends with angular deflection 180° and diametre, equal to diametre of element casing.
EFFECT: reduction of scale formation on pipes.
