FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and method for in-line disintegration, drying and separation of loose materials. Device has flow casing 6, in which there are two concave flywheel impellers 1 with radial ribs 5 on their concave surfaces installed coaxially with a gap with possibility of counter rotation, synchronous separator-drier of radial principle of action 15, wherein in flow casing 6 there is outlet hole 18. Between working surfaces of impellers 1 working chamber 8 is formed with self-grinding and drying zone of initial raw material particles in flow. Synchronous separator-drier 15 is made with possibility to disperse, from working chamber 8 into a hollow zone to a certain degree of dried particles of milled initial raw material, wherein synchronous separator-drier 15 is made on at least one concave flywheel impeller 1 with possibility of being installed on each in different circles, and dehydration of particles is due to friction between particles and air in working chamber and working areas. Outlet hole 18 is configured to eject out particles of crushed feedstock to the outside in a process line. Working zones include three working zones: first working zone located in said working chamber, second working zone located in synchronous separator-dehydrator of radial operating principle, and a third working zone located in the hollow zone between flow casing 6 and said impellers 1. At that, in each working zone its excess pressure is created in the range from - 0.4 atm. up to + 1 atm. Method for in-line disintegration, drying and separation of loose materials involves steps of feeding raw material into working chamber, initial stock is crushed and particles of milled initial raw material are dried to a certain level in working zones by means of impact reflection and / or friction of particles between each other and air, from the working chamber, dried particles of crushed feedstock are discharged from the working chamber to a certain degree and the dried out particles of ground raw material are ejected to the outside through an outlet hole located in the above casing. Said stages occur due to rotation of said impellers. It is also possible to additionally dry in the third working zone the ground feed particles crumbs, at the same time to a certain extent dried particles of milled initial raw material are ejected from the third working zone into the process line. At that, all mentioned stages occur by means of opposite rotation of two flywheel impellers located in the device of in-line disintegration, drying and separation of loose materials.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides high-speed and efficient means of destroying raw material and simultaneous drying of crushed raw material particles.
