FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical body with axial loading and tangential unloading nozzles. In the body above each other there are horizontal discs placed as capable of opposite rotation with rows of impact elements. Each of striking elements is located between adjacent impact elements of the opposite disc. On the lower horizontal disc there are two horizontal blade disc spreaders stiffly fixed, being arranged on a single axis with the axial loading nozzle. The upper blade disc spreader is arranged at the middle of height between horizontal discs and is made with a diameter equal to diameter of the hole of the axial loading nozzle. The lower blade disc spreader is located on the lower horizontal disc and is made with diameter providing for minimum radial clearance between the lower blade disc spreader and the first internal row of impact elements. The clearance is equal to the maximum size of ground particles dmax.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of material grinding process.
