FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding and may be used for production of abrasive tools. Abrasive tool comprises base and powder including crude green abrasive aggregates of spherical or toroidal shape. Aggregates are made up of composition comprising abrasive particles with size varying from 0.1 mcm to 50 mcm enclosed in binder including nanoparticles of smaller than 100 nm-size. Aggregates are formed in drying suspension by spraying. Said suspension comprises fluid carrier, abrasive particles and nano-sized binder that makes 50 to 75% of green aggregates in terms of dry weight.
EFFECT: longer life to aggregates, efficient grinding.
