FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous injection moulding of billets for container production and to device to this end. Hopper and drier feed PET granules 1 into extruder. Also, extruder is fed by rotary adapter 8, 9, proportioning wheel 3 to support proportioners 7. Injection moulding wheel 4 comprises injection moulding devices 5 and is arranged behind said proportioning wheel. Is unit is not intended for continuous feed of blow moulding machine, billets are cooled by cooling wheel equipped with system of water-cooled devices 61 to blow billets prior to their transfer to storage. Every injection moulding device 5 is secured on wheel 4 by means of radial support 51. Lower part of wheel 5 is equipped with power cylinder 52.
EFFECT: continuous high-efficiency blow moulding.
