SUBSTANCE: in the method to produce a porous filler, including thorough mixing of composition in ceramic charge with the following ratio of components, wt %: liquid glass with density of 1.45 - 1.53 g/cm3 - 45 - 65, sodium chloride - 5 - 15, montmorillonite clay - 15 - 20, waste of ore-dressing factory after enrichment of coal with content of baking losses making 15 - 18 % - 15 - 20, preparation of granules on a plate granulator, produced granules are exposed to thermal treatment at the temperature of 300-400 °C for 10-20 minutes, and then without previous baking are baked at the temperature of 800-900°C for 1 - 3 hours.
EFFECT: increased splitting strength.
