FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: electrolyte contains, g/l: potassium hydroxide 2-4, sodium silicate 3-8, isopropyl alcohol 15-35, hydrogen peroxide 50-150 and water - the rest.
EFFECT: increased thickness of oxide layer due to inclusion of isopropyl alcohol and hydrogen peroxide into phase composition which accelerate growth of oxide film and increase breakdown voltage.
