FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: connection of parts, mainly, cover with case of cylinder, is performed by means of lock made in form of slots and lugs alternating on parts and holder. The cylinder case has a neck with a circular groove and radial lugs uniformly spaced along its internal surface. The cover consists of a bottom, of a top and of a turning locking ring positioned in a central orifice of the top. The bottom of the cover has slots corresponding to lugs of the neck. The locking ring has leaves on its generating surface arranged between the interconnected bottom and top of the cover and interacting with lugs of the neck. The holder is made in form of collars on one of side ends of each leaf of the locking ring. A packing pad in form of shaped ring with a flange projecting outside is installed between the bottom and the neck; the pad is fixed in the circular groove of the neck.

EFFECT: reliability and convenience of connection in operation with high degree of sealing after long-term attachment.
