FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: resistive thermometre consists of many components. It includes substrate (1) mainly consisting of material the thermal expansion coefficient of which is mainly more than 10.5 ppm/K; at least one resistive element (4) located on substrate (1); and at least one electrically-insulating separating layer (2) located mainly between resistive element (4) and substrate (1). At that, components (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) of resistive thermometer are made and adjusted to each other so that resultant effective thermal expansion coefficient TCEeff of resistive thermometre corresponds to the specified value, where effective thermal expansion coefficient TCEeff of resistive thermometre is expressed with certain mathematical formula. Invention implies that thermal expansion coefficient TCEeff is more than or equal to thermal expansion coefficient of massive metal of resistive element (4).
EFFECT: creation of resistive thermometre with high temperature coefficient.
