FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for estimation of adequacy of carried out mini-access at various anatomical storeys of abdominal cavity and chest, as well as in anatomical experiments for objective comparative estimation of various mini-accesses and selection of optimal one. Device for measuring mini-access parameters contains two branches, connected with axis. On one of the branches fixed is scale in form of ruler. On the second branch fixer of ruler position is located. Device is made from stainless steel. Branches are made in form of plates and are connected with axis at 20 cm distance from ends of working part and at 15 cm distance from ends of handles. On ends of working part placed are balls. On one of the handles, 10 cm from axis, fixed is arch-shaped scale with rulers. On upper edge of scale ruler has divisions in degrees. On lower edge there is ruler with divisions in centimetres. On the second handle fixer of scale position and indicator are located.

EFFECT: device makes it possible in anatomical experiment to obtain parameters of operation zone, after carrying out mini-access in various projections, which makes it possible to carry out study and objective comparison of various mini-accesses.
