FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has four branches equal to each other in length forming rhombus, middle branch connecting two opposite rhombus angles and a member having measuring scale. One of the middle branch ends is connected to the other two branches with fixed hinge. The hinge connecting two other branches belonging to the rhombus is movable along the middle branch. The member having measuring scale is designed as protractor mounted on so that its flat angle coincides with one of branches connected with movable hinge. Two branches connected with fixed hinge have scale graduation for measuring lateral wound cavity walls lengths. The middle branch has scale graduation for measuring wound depth.
EFFECT: wide range of functional applications.
