FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used for intraocular correction. Preliminarily fixed to lens threads with needles are passed through plastic container of injector from the side of lens introduction. Needles are passed through facoemulcification cut into eye cavity and needles with threads are brought on sclera in zone of further intraocular lens fixation. Intraocular lens is introduced into injector container, first haptic part of lens is introduced, unbending haptic part due to constant tension of thread fixed to it, lens is moved by means of pusher until anterior haptic part leaves injector, posterior haptic part, moving in injector also unbends. Through facoemulcification corneal cut introduced are first anterior haptic part of lens, then injector, by means of which optic part of lens is implanted, injector container is brought out of cut, releasing posterior haptic part of lens with thread. By tightening threads lens is rotated and submerged under iris, buried sutures are applied.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce surgery trauma and reduce risk of development of post-operation complications due to absence of necessity to extend facoemulsification cut, lens implantation by using injector, use of ports for irrigation system introduction, light conductor.
