FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves putting-in suture over phacoemulsification incision. Three standard perforations of eye tunics are performed through flat portion of the ciliary body. Irrigation system cannulas are sutured to one of the perforations. Vitrectomy is carried out with substitution concurrently being done with physiological salt solution. Next to it, the physiological salt solution is substituted with perfluororganic substance. The lens is moved towards iris plane. Two eye envelope perforations are sutured leaving the irrigation system closed. Injection needle is introduced through Paracentesis for phacoemulsification. It penetrates the lens for making fixation. Suture is taken off from phacoemulsification incision for phacoemulsificator end- piece to be introduced. Phacoemulsification of lens fixed on the needle is carried out. Small fragments are removed from the perfluororganic substance surface. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
