FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, particularly, to alcoholic beverage industry and may be used in producing of alcoholature from grasses and fruit raw material, as well as in pharmaceutical industry. Proposed unit comprises vertical tapered cylinder housing with loading and discharge branch pipes, air pipe, percolator, axial pump arranged coaxially in said housing, tapered cylinder separator with exposed top part provided with jacket, offset surface condenser and condensate collector. Note here that separator cylindrical part top section is closed by mesh cover. Waste material wash-out device and discharge branch pipe are arranged above percolator.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced power consumption.
