SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of discharge union tightly fitted on composite package or vessel neck to be closed by film material, rotary cap, and self-opening bush. Said bush is driven by cap. Self-opening bush top edge forms recess decreasing toward bottom edge to get converted into this edge. Outer side of self-opening bush and inner side of discharge union have ledges to force said bush along discharge union and downward. After cap screwing off, said recess is partially located inside discharge union and partially extends downward under said union to make inlet air channel to ensure uniform fluid jet.
EFFECT: stable and controlled emptying.
