FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to make vacuum-tight products from ceramic material for electronic equipment includes preparation of moulding mass by mixing cake powder on the basis of aluminium oxide with specific surface of (4.5-6.0)×103 cm2/g and a binder - paraffin or polyvinyl alcohol in amount of (16-18) wt % of the total mass of cake powder, mixing of moulding mass to a homogenous condition and its activation, formation of specified products from moulding mass by means of cold pressing with a force of at least 700 kg/cm2 with their further annealing. Moulding mass activation is carried out by means of rubbing through a fine-mesh sieve 0.25-0.28 mm, and products baking is carried out in a recovery medium according to the following mode - rising temperature to 1630-1650°C within 7-8 hr, soaking at this temperature for 4-5 hr and cooling within 7-8 hr down to normal temperature. Then products are polished until purity is 7th class, tempering is carried out at the temperature of 1300-1350°C, the specified metallised coating is applied onto specified product surfaces.

EFFECT: improved electric and mechanical properties of items.
