FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: fire-protective coating composition contains ethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, melamine, ammonium polyphosphate, coalescent additive - texanol, polyvinyl-acrylic dispersion, water and instead of the traditional pentaerythritol, the invention employs technical pentaerythritol filtrate (TPF) containing a mixture of monopentaerythritol and polypentaerythritol 70-80% and sodium formate 3.8-15.6%, and additionally biocide (Glokill 80, Glokill 77).
EFFECT: high reliability of the coating, manufacturability and application thereof.
