FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: sleeper is reinforced with a spatial cellular frame. The spatial cellular frame is made of polymer or polymer composite material. The frame has a honeycomb structure and is a sleeper shaping element. There are ledges made on side surfaces of the sleeper, which are arranged in the area of under-rail parts or in the middle part of the sleeper.
EFFECT: development of a cheap, structurally and technologically simple sleeper, having high strength.
