SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a connecting box for wall mounting containing a housing (1) of the box having a rear base (2) and a sleeve (3) protruding forward from the base, while the specified sleeve surrounds the periphery of the mounting space (4) for a sanitary component, access to which is provided from the open front end side (5) of the sleeve, a functional panel (7) containing a functional surface (6), and a connecting device (8), which provides the possibility of detachable fastening of the functional panel to the base at various axial levels of the functional surface and contains at least one connecting structure (9) located radially on the base outside relative to the sleeve, as well as a connecting pin (10) that interacts with the connecting structure, in this case, the specified connecting pin is made with the possibility of user control using the control surface (11) and is made with the possibility of moving relative to the connecting structure and the functional panel between the free position (12) and the fixed position (13).
