SUBSTANCE: system for determining hair colour treatment includes a processor configured to receive as an input signal the initial spectrum of the hair sample, wherein the initial spectrum has a wavelength interval, calculation of a new hair spectrum due to a hypothetical hair colour treatment as direct dependence of the initial spectrum, and output of data on the device, wherein the data are obtained during the calculation step. The system also includes a spectrum analyser configured to obtain the initial spectrum, and a display device configured to display the colour and instructions for the hair colour treatment based on the received data. An alternative version of the invention includes a colour mixing device configured to distribute hair colour processing based on obtained data.

EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of simulating the colour treatment process based on chemical properties of hair.
